Thomas J. Steger, IV

Thomas J. Steger, IV is an Associate Attorney with Horman Nichols, LLC where he represents individuals and entities before the Maryland District Courts and the Maryland Circuit Courts. His practice areas include family law, contracts, and collections. His family law practice focuses on divorce, custody, modification, support, and adoptions.

 

Mr. Steger has recently joined Horman Nichols after his admission to the Maryland Bar in 2025. He operates under the tutelage of the other attorneys within the firm and is increasing his knowledge and practice of the law.

 

Mr. Steger was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 2025. He served as a Law Clerk for an immigration law firm and then a family law firm during his law school career from 2023-2025. Upon his admission to the Maryland State Bar, he began work with Horman Nichols, LLC as an associate attorney.

 

Mr. Steger is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Frederick County. He is excited to grow his family law practice within Horman Nichols and Frederick County at large. Mr. Steger also assists the Circuit Court for Frederick County in contacting service members to inform them of civil and family court cases and their rights under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
