Trevor M. Addie

Mr. Addie joined Horman Nichols in 2018. His practice areas include family law, civil litigation, and serious traffic defense.

Mr. Addie graduated from the American University Washington College of Law in 2016.  While in law school, he served as a competition volunteer judge for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project and the Editor-in-Chief for the Criminal Law Practitioner publication.  Additionally, he served internships with the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office; the Hon. John M. Maloney of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland; and represented low-income tenants as a student attorney with DC Law Students in Court, Inc.  He is a 2016 fellowship recipient of the College’s JD Distinguished Fellowship Program.

Mr. Addie was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2016.  He has served as a Legal Fellow with the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office; an Assistant State’s Attorney for Frederick County, Maryland; and as the Judicial Law Clerk for the District Court of Maryland, District Eleven (Frederick & Washington Counties).
